GRC3D DTS (Dual Trans Skid)
The GRC3D DTS (Dual Trans Skid) allows for the use of dual transmissions for ultimate dig control of the front & rear axles. This option is designed as an alternative to MOA (Motor On Axle), so you can run the axles of your choice.
The DTS is technically a "Universal" skid, that also serves as a 2-position single transmission skid. Giving you ultimate setup options. Depending on the motor & trans you mount, this will allow you to run motor forward in the rear position to take advantage of motor forward bias, while making space for the forward center battery mount position.
Additionally, being that the DTS is a longer skid, it also moves the rear lower link mounts back and up on the chassis, providing more reach and higher break-over clearance.
Note: Anytime running the DTS as a single trans skid, you might need to run either an extended output shaft on the transmission, or run driveshaft extensions to clear the skid/driveshaft angles.
